The actual show is on Saturday, but in the past few years we have been getting record crowds on Friday and the trading turns into a 2 day event.
There is a Mickey D's, Pete's Diner, Elephant and Castle Pub and Bob Evans Restaurant within walking distance, and a gas station with a convenience store right across from the motel.
Suggested but not required, a box of freebies should be among what you bring to the show. This might be redundant as about 75-85% of the skeds at the show are free anyway. Please keep what you have for trade plus whatever you are taking home apart from what you are just giving away so there will be no mistakes.

The Detroit area 2012 meet will take place on Saturday, August 4th from 9AM to 3 PM.
Meet is at:
Clinton-Macomb County Library, 16800 24 Mile Road at Romeo-Plank rd.(same place as last year).
There is NO charge for tables, air conditioning, free parking and a side, private entrance for unloading. This site is behind a public library and as always spouses and older children can be entertained by reading in the library while we sked nuts do our "thing".
It is suggested that you make sure you contact Barry Turner to insure your table. Last year again, due to a great turnout, we got pretty full and had to double up on some tables.
